·        Must be a born again Christian and active member of a Biblically-based church

·        Must exemplify the character of a mature Christian leader and fruit of a daily walk with Christ

·        Bachelors in Educational field, preferably in the area of primary or secondary education

·        Must adhere to doctrinal positions of Antioch Baptist Church and Antioch Christian Academy
